Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BuiltForYou3D shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm.
• The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruption, strikes, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, prototypes, and product concepts remain the intellectual property of Guardian Dome, unless otherwise agreed in writing.All detectors and covers should be tested in-situ and signed off by the appropriate responsible person. Guardian Dome takes no responsibility for assuring individual detector models work as the manufacturer intended with the cover in place. 

Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

• Products must be installed and used only for their intended purpose.
• Safety products (including ligature-resistant covers) reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention of harm.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and facility requirements.
